Excellent experience! Had been eyeing up the FLX4 for a few weeks and decided to pop into the Bristol branch to try one out in person. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly, gave ample space and time to test the unit of my own accord.

Jono in particular was extremely helpful and sorted out finance for the order and made the whole process really enjoyable.

The item was out of stock at the time but was delivered to the shop ready for me to pick up a few days later. Absolutely will be back!

I’m a very happy customer as bop DJ kept me fully informed with my order and did everything they could to get the item ASAP as I waited just over a month for it but I was delivered today with care and I will definitely be shipping again with this company. 10/10 5stars a brilliant service and more than helpful.

I was looking for a Denon SC LIVE 2 online & found BopDJ was the best price. Luckily, they have a store in Bristol, so I popped down. The shop assistant was extremely thorough, showing me the in's & out's of the machine. He was very knowledgeable on the products they have for sale, confirming the SC LIVE 2 was the correct choice for my requirements.
I did ask for a cheeky discount but as it was already reduced, they couldn't give me any money off.
I went back a few days later to purchase some new headphones, as I was delighted with the service given on my first visit.
I'd happily recommend BopDJ to anyone needing music production or DJ equipment.

Got into contact with a member of the team regarding a Pioneer controller, they were very helpful and checked if the controller was available in store, friendly in-person and I'm happy with the product.

I made a recent purchase from Emma and unfortunately had a few issues with the controller purchased.

I must say the after sales service I received from Emma was excellent in every way.

I am not so technically minded but Emma was patient, professional and very knowledgeable and helpful.

I will certainly be returning to make further purchases and will hopefully be able to deal with Emma. She is a credit to the business.

No updates on the backorders . Customer care is not working at all.They need to pay full amount money to register but the products not in there hands .The available product which received with damage.

Ortofon Concorde MkII Club. Great original product and quick delivery. They sound superb with my Technics 1210 mk11. Wow.
