I was surprised by how fast the delivery was. Everything arrived much sooner than I expected, which made the whole experience really smooth. Personally, I’d say this was a great first impression.

"Easy return, no hassle"
I had to send back a pair of headphones to Bop DJ and, it was way less annoying than I expected. I emailed them, they got back to me quickly with what I needed to do, and I posted them off the next day. I always dread returns for some reason, probably because I’ve had a few where you end up digging through old emails like you’re solving a crime. Anyway, the refund came through without me having to keep chasing them, which is basically all I wanted. Smooth experience overall...

"Quick, friendly help after my order arrived"
I had a small problem getting my gear set up after it arrived, so I contacted Bop DJ and they got back to me really quickly. From the tone of the support guy’s replies, I got the impression he’d dealt with this sort of thing loads of times before, because he was calm, patient, and didn’t make me feel silly for asking. He explained everything in normal, plain language instead of using loads of techy terms, and I had it sorted the same day. Really pleased with the after-sales support

"Support actually helped, no nonsense"
Had a small hiccup setting up my order and thought, great, here we go with some annoying crap. Messaged support and, to my surprise, they got back quick. They explained everything in normal human words instead of some techy nonsense, and I had it sorted the same day. solid help and way less of a pain in the butt than I expected.

I originally went looking for a controller, but ended up finding way more than I expected. bopdj seems to have a solid mix of decks, speakers, lights, cables and other bits, so it was easy to compare options without jumping around loads of sites. I didn’t end up needing anything too fancy this time, but the overall experience was straightforward and I’d happily use them again.

"Really Helpful and Honest Advice"
I wasn’t totally sure which controller was the best choice for me, but Bop DJ were really helpful. They answered my questions quickly and gave honest advice instead of just trying to sell me the most expensive option. Made the whole decision much easier, that kind of service is worth a lot.
